  • A security deposit of $150 is required in advance to reserve the hall, along with a mandatory $100.00 for cleanup.
  • All trash, food, oil, grease, etc. must be properly disposed of
  • The Security Deposit of $150.00 is to confirm your reservation. It will be applied to your final bill. If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days of the event, your deposit is forfeit.
  • Additional charges will be made if there is damage to the hall and/or equipment. The deposit will be kept if there is damage to the hall and/or equipment.
  • Inspections are conducted after each event. Refunds are available on the 2nd Tuesday after the event.
Note: The hall is available the day of for decorating by request and at the consent of management.

Maximum capacity of the hall is 257 with 115 parking spaces are available.

*All parties of 100 attendants or less where alcohol is served must have a security officer present and 2 security officers for anything over 100 attendants.

**Same applies to any part with minors in attendance.
